Privacy notice
This notice explains what House of AI does with the details you share through housofai.com. We serve visitors and clients worldwide and handle your details under the data protection law that applies to you, including the EU and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.
Who is responsible
House of AI is operated by SK Pokhrel, based in India, who is the data controller for the details you send us. Contact us at the email address at the end of this page.
What we collect
What you type into the enquiry form: your name, work email, phone number, company, country, team size, budget range and message. Our server also records the time of your request and your network address to stop spam.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form) and, once we work together, our contract with you. We don't sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Who sees it
The people at House of AI working on your enquiry or project. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. Our server is in Singapore, so your details may be processed outside your country; where the law requires, we use contractual safeguards for that transfer.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a contract requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your details, object to their use, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. We reply within 7 working days and act within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Client data in the systems we build
When we build AI agents for you, your customers' data stays in your accounts and systems wherever possible. We agree the details, including consent wording, data location and retention, in writing before going live, and can sign a data processing agreement.
